Mr. McMichael comes to Traffic with years of successful real estate development experience, Naval Officer leadership training, and a wealth of entrepreneurial spirit. He will be the driving force in the growth and sales of our Branch Partnership Program and the marketing of our National Brand. Mr. McMichael has 10+ years of experience in running his own construction/ real estate development businesses, and developed and sold commercial outparcels to National Companies such as Tractor Supply Co. and Murphy Oil USA. His marketing and business growth skill set includes successes in the development of multi-state college housing communities, large tract residential land developments and restaurant special events coordination. Mr. McMichael created the FreeNCFSBO.com website along with the corresponding sales and marketing platform that Traffic is using and converting to a national platform. Traffic and FreeNCFSBO.com joined forces in June of 2010 to further expand Traffic’s buyer client acquisition and customer-centric product offerings. Mr. McMichael will bring a strong creative entrepreneurial and visionary mind set to the Traffic management team.
