Mr. Flippen has held managing roles in several sectors of the banking and mortgage lending arena and brings a unique blend of financial, analytical, sales and human resource capabilities to the team, which will place the company on the cutting edge of managing growth, liquidity and profitability. Mr. Flippen will spear head the company’s initial financial plan. In addition he will head up the company’s technology development plan, technology licensing, accounting, human resource and aligned services to insure the company is built on a secure foundation from both a capital and legal compliance standpoint. Mr. Flippen also has an extensive banking background with expertise in treasury management, capital fund raising and small business financial analysis.
