Mr. Norton’s years of real estate and entrepreneurial success will bring the necessary experience to facilitate the vision and systems needed to manage the explosive growth expected for this new business model. Mr. Norton has owned and operated several successful service businesses including franchise operations and private companies that he personally founded and later sold. In each venture Mr. Norton’s ability to create systems for accounting, sales and operational functions were the key to his success, thus bringing our holding company invaluable real-world experience. Mr. Norton is currently a licensed real estate broker in the state of Virginia and is well known in the Roanoke Valley area for his business acumen. Mr. Norton has also been using the TrafficRealty.com technology package for three years and has developed a team of realtors who have had success in implementing the technology in their real estate practices. During this time period Mr. Norton has become an expert in the field of web marketing solutions for real estate. Due to his hands-on experience, Mr. Norton will lead the company’s recruiting, customer service/retention and sales training programs for the Branch Partnership Program.
